MODENAS manpower generally comes from adjacent regions. Before assembly operations commenced , 200 MODENAS engineers and operators were sent to Japan for training.
When operations began, the number of staff had swelled to 700 people, the majority being production operators. At the peak of production in 1997, almost 1000 people were employed in MODENAS.

- To do troubleshooting and repairing jobs on related equipments and support service centre.
- Support field activities.
- Solving technical problems.

Requirements :-
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPMV/SKM certificate or minimum 2 years working experience in automotive.
- Malaysian aged 18 years and above / Male.
- Good skill in repair and service motorcycle.
- Must be willing to work hard and long hours.
- Experience with related field will be added advantage.
- Valid driving license ?D? & ?B2? with GDL (Good Delivery License).
- Will be based at Service Centre Subang and Kuantan.
